2. When the quantity of your order's models is full for a 20'GP (about 1800-2000pcs) container or a 40' HQ container.
You can choose some samples from our new style models for free. And we will prepare 1% spare accessories of total amount products for your order.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, you could choose with foam or without foam for our usual packing according to your situation . Or you could have your own design.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay

the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally,  it takes 30-45 days after receiving your advance payment ( for a full 20'GP or 40'HQ container). The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample in 3 days if there are items in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

Q8: Whether this lavatory faucet has cUPC certification or not?

Yes, it has. Our main maket is in North America, and most of products have cUPC, AB1953 , and NSF certifications.
